  We hired Rover Coaches to transport guests to and from our wedding in the Hunter Valley. Despite us paying for the driver to do two pick-ups in the evening, he deliberately misinformed all of our guests of the pick-up time so he'd only have to do the one trip. When confronted, he complained and said he just wanted to go home. This came across as very unprofessional.

  Called up to find out which stop was near our accommodation. Was advised which to book for attending a concert. On the day we asked our accommodation and found out the bus stop they told us to buy was further away than the actual concert. Called to cancel - not open. Emailed to let them know. Management didn't respond. Re emailed a week later. Was told tough luck. No refund for their error. I would not recommend this company. Poor customer service and worse management.

  We had a day out which was very enjoyable with Dennis being the designated driver... After my friend Jan organized for us to do a wine tour, Dennis filled us in with all the history of the area and was extremely informative... We had an awesome day and ended up with many bottles of wine.. Cheese..olives and other goodies... Cheers Dennis and thank you Rover!

  We sent feedback to the head office to let them know what happened, and weren't even given the courtesy of a response. I would have been understanding had they at least replied and apologised, but considering they didn't bother to even acknowledge our complaint, I am very unimpressed. I would recommend you look elsewhere for a more reputable company that actually offers customer service.
