    After studying all the information and photos of my trade in on a Kia Cerato, The salespman twice confirmed the change-over price of $8,800, first on the Monday and then on the Friday following. After driving from The Entrance to Cessnock and taking the Cerato for a test drive, I returned to find the change-over price was now $10,800. Incompetence or blatant lying - either way Cessnock Kia should be avoided.

    Took my Cerato in for the 3000km "complimentary check up". On their website Kia says this is important as it gives the owner the opportunity to ask questions about their new car. Arrived - waiting for minutes whist the desk person continued their "admin"work . There were two gents in the waiting area...waiting for their car to be washed after servicing....car washing didn't happen for me. Also wasn't given the opportunity to ask the questions I had - the mechanic came into the office gave the keys to the admin person who gave me the keys. I WONT BE WASTING MY TIME USING THE 7 year fixed price serving...always get better service at a local garage and it doesnt void the warranty. Given the other reviews of this dealer I would imagine that they would say there is other stuff wrong when their isnt . HOW WRONG NOT TO GIVE A NEW CUSTOMER THE OPPURTUNITY TO TALK TO THE MECHANIC to ask questions and to at least hear "äll is going well ...i did this that and the other" This behaviour of this dealer is at odds with my experience when buying my car from Tom Kerr in Ryde who were more than happy to proactively offer information and assistance
