    We got a flat tire at about 11.45AM on Saturday 14th November in the Hunter Valley region. I Called Bridgestone Service Centre to arrange to purchase two new front tyres and asked if they could stay open just till we got there -10 mins extra as everything shuts at Midday in the region and it was sunday the next day. We were desperate to get the new tire and the woman on the phone assured us they would stay open so we headed straight there (15 mins in the complete wrong direction). At 11.58am I tried to call again to say we were 5/10mins away (after changing the flat tire) but the phones had already been switched to "weekend" mode and I couldn't get through. To our dismay, disappointment and disgust we got there at 12.10pm and the place was completely deserted and shut up. To be honest I never write reviews but I was soo annoyed that the woman could blatantly lie and assure us it would stay open even though they didn't. It is not right to lie and make promises you cannot keep.
