  * When I went in to tell them, they said my parts were in an employees toolbox which couldnt be unlocked. No apology given.They said they'd call me several days later when the employee is back.

  * I find out the real story, a couple of bolt covers were snapped while being replaced after the service so the employee was not confident enough to put the rest on, so more were ordered.
