  Rudest coustmer service ever and very unprofessional! (The second in charge was inboxing me on her private Facebook). They sent the wrong size, colour and flowers plus they weren't even fresh. On the phone they were very very rude it felt like I was talking to a immature teenager who worked there, after that experience I left an honest review on there Facebook page, what came next was completely unprofessional: The "second in charge" messaged me on her PRIVATE Facebook account asking for my phone number to discuss the problem and told me to stop the "Facebook slander" there was no slander, I gave my honest and true review. She also told me to stop the "Facebook games" she said her final peace then blocked me, seems they always need to be the ones to have the last word! If you want nice flowers and good costumer service DO NOT GO TO BLUE BIRD FLORISTS, I'm sure there's plenty of other florists in the hunter valley that are more worthy of your money and actually take pride in there work! I don't want the same thing to happen to anyone else. But if you want to be harassed, treated rudely and have the florist blame you for everything and call you rude then by all means this is the florist for you! They didn't even apologise for how they treated us and they just maintained the innocent act. They also refused to send the invoice even though I asked four times. I can't get over how unprofessional and rude they are.

  It's the Saturday before Mother's Day and I've just made a last minute phone order for my Mum who is stopping at a local van park for a few days while travelling. Of all the days to put pressure on a florist! Well, what a lovely lady Helen at Bluebird is. Nothing was too much trouble even at the last minute. Pleasant, obliging and fabulous customer service. Thank you so much Helen!
