  The entirer staff at bloom's cessnock are great they always greet you with a smile and are so happy nothing is ever a problem to them i have gone to that chemist for 60 years and i think this is the best owner and staff we have ever had it is a pleasure to go in there

  The sales assistants here are more concerned with upselling than actually providing a service to properly dispense medications and help their patrons. We were in desperate need of antibiotics for a very sick infant, this pharmacy more interested in upselling a probiotic product which cost MORE than the antibiotics! To top it off, when we enquired about who to administer the medication they lied and said a syringe to dispense the product to the infant would be popped into the bag, but then they failed to do so. This left us 30 mins later having arrived at our destination, paid DOUBLE what we needed to, and UNABLE to dispense the much needed medication to our daughter. When I called to complain, the service I received was APPALLING. I was told that syringes are .50c so we should have paid for it. Ummm, maybe if you ADDED it to the bag and the bill we would have happily paid for it? Thanks for nothing!

  Great pharmasists - very friendly - very cheap scripts but offer full service I'm saving $100's of dollars per year !

  The Chemist Cessnock is the only chemist i use the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacists Ash and Sam treat you with respect and always make them selves available if you need them.
