    booked a cab.never showed. Would have given zero stars if it was an option.absolutely disgraceful.

    Booked taxi for a wedding event at Hunter Valley Gardens. Never showed up. Couldn't get through to them to ask where taxi was. They eventually called me 1.5 hrs later (12.30am) to see if I still wanted a cab. Very poor service.

    Cab was filthy and seat was soaking wet.

    Terrible service (our taxi was an hour late, after repeated calls), and unfriendly call centre. Would have given 0 stars if possible. They are the only taxi company in the area however, so be prepared for a bit of frustration. Don't let it ruin your experience in the otherwise amazing Hunter Valley!

    After ringing the national number and waiting for over 40 minutes before finding out that the closet taxi was in Newcastle. We rang Cessnock Radio Cabs and within 10 minutes were picked up from our Broke road location and on our way to our destination. Thank you, great service!
