  We and our friends now take our dogs to wine country drive and use the k 9000 dog was at the fast and easy car wash .And you can be sure we tell everyone we know to do the same as the place and Management of Petland cessnock are obviously disgraceful examples of how and what you should expect from a establishment like this . ( Disgraceful) Now we spend all our money with our friends at Wine country drive cessnock at the easy car wash , and they thanked us for cleaning the floor ( No wak job manager)

  We are currently on a trip around Australia and stopped in Cessnock over the weekend. Was such a welcome sight to see Goldman's Petland, particularly their dog wash! Our little guy has been travelling with us and was a bit on the dirty side

  Awesome customer service, competitive pricing! Still drive to Cessnock for this great service even though we have moved from the area! Make sure you try the in store dog wash too!

  Petland cessnocks dogwash is a absoulute disgraceful example of hygiene, and has unsatisfactory standards for our fur babies health . Also management is not the standard that it should be or would expect .After using this pathetic excuse for a dog wash a few times i started after coming in and seeing a number of obviously dog urine puddles around the enclosure and decided to use the disinfect mode to clean this unsafe stentch away so my dog didn't have to walk , smell, lick it only to be told if i continued this practice they would charge me $15 for doing what they should be anyway as we clean it after every 2 dogs , a blatent lie ( Manager)

  I use Goldman's Petland on a regular basis for my dogs food and also recently for their fantastic dog wash facilities. Rebecca and her team are always very friendly and helpful!

  After a short but abrupt conversation with management she informed me that she would show me how wrong i was and accompanied me like a sycophantic wak job to the enclosure to prove i was wrong and well what happened then you ask ??.Dog urine everywhere that i promptly pointed out to the wak job (Manager) only to be told that i was incorrect and the several puddles were water !!!!! So i put my finger strait across one of these so called puddles held my finger to my nose and stated its urine only to be told i was incorrect ( Manager pathetic blatent lie ) so after this response i offered her ( wak job manager) to smell maybe taste this apparent water , only to see her retreat to her office never to be seen again as she was obviously proved wrong.( pathetic )

  Not only this i also found that it would constantly block up because of inadequate cleansing practices as the fur of numerous dogs washed before hand would block the drains ( we clean it every 2 dogs ) so therefore the dog would be literally bathing in dirty water and fur from the other dogs bathed beforehand ( we clean it every 2 dogs that are bathed ) Unfortunately the Manager is a compulsive liar with no regard for the health of our dogs that use it .
